In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3.3 One Account Per Person

Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. wwb09 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account identified will be closed without notice, and any balance within it, including winnings, may be forfeited at wwb09's sole discretion.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your wwb09 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Accounts must be operated only by the registered member.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wwb09 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Member cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by Member account tier. wwb09 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your wwb09 balance within 1–5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. wwb09 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution or e-wallet provider.

5.5 No Transaction Fees

wwb09 does not charge a processing fee on any deposit transaction. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider on the sending side are beyond wwb09's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal transactions:

6.1 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only

Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and previously verified as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 Processing Times

6.4 Bonus Wagering Prerequisite

Where a Member's balance contains Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, those funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited without claiming a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification Holds

wwb09 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending additional identity, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming verification. The Member will be notified of any hold via live chat or email and given clear instructions on the steps required to release it.

wwb09 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions and by any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only. New-member welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 10x the bonus amount on eligible games.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Registering more than one account on wwb09, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook markets.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward wwb09 support staff or other Members in any communication channel.

wwb09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member under the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or anti-money-laundering compliance requirement.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure with prior notification).

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's KYC-verified payment method within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wwb09 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond wwb09's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party software failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to comply with the account security obligations set out in Clause 4.

Nothing in these Terms limits wwb09's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wwb09's own gross negligence. Where applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia impose a minimum standard of liability that cannot be excluded by contract, those minimum standards are preserved.
